at first i got struck at the idea of bill's mom nicknaming him "Silly Billy" and then i had the image of him stuck in a dog cone and then spiraled from there

So this guy Steve survived Euclidea's explosion and made sure to forever be in Bill's business.

Bill can't bring himself to obliterate him, because he's literally all that's left of his home and it's his fault Steve has no one else and nowhere to go.

He can't bring himself to kill the very last Euclidean no matter how anoying he is

I suddenly got really invested in this AU.

Bill tricking Steve, the very last Euclidean, into a deal because he just can't cope with everything else from his home being gone and it being his fault. Keeping him alive for as long as he lives, to somehow compensate for killing everyone else.

And the guy not even suspecting what he got into and that maybe he should be afraid of Bill, but what else is there? Everything is burning anyway, let's befriend the torch.
