julian was born in barcelona . he was born to christina & julian canal . his family was always super close , parented by ( julian sr. & camila ) , he had a great upbringing . when julian was five , he began taking an interest in football , his dad noticing and wanting him to be a star athlete . after the birth of his twin siblings ( julia and lorenzo ) , julian was over the moon to become a big brother at the age of fourteen . sports captivated his entire life , being a star athlete and only going to schools that had the best sports teams . all the money his government official parents put into his career paid off when he was eventually recruited to play football for barcelona .
this put julian on a high . he had the dream career , the girls , the money , and the notability . he couldn’t ask for anything else , nor did he want anything else . his family was proud and he was too . everything wasn’t perfect , though . a few bumps in the road almost ending his career . one being his sudden interest in steroids , an addiction he fought behind the scenes because he was too afraid to speak to anyone about it in fear of getting dropped . then , once that was conquered , one of the twins were diagnosed with cancer . they tried their best to get lorenzo treatment . even going as far as nyc to meet with doctors . yet , the day before julian turned twenty-two his brother had passed . his birthday became a cruel reminder of the day he lost a sibling . and , the day after that he had a game . the male had gotten wasted the night before , but still showed up as he was supposed to . within the first thirty minutes of this particular game he had fallen , injuring himself so bad that barcelona ended up dropping him from the team .
his family took this as a sign , packing everyone up and moving to the USA permanently . and that was where they found a farmhouse right outside of the city . julian has since began to look more into sports marketing in terms of jobs , working at an office in the city . he is also training for the olympics in hopes that he can prove to be something better than just a washed up football player . knowing how it feels to lose something , he finds it hard to let people in but once he chooses to he finds it even harder to let go .
