2017 was definitely one for the books. Took a few swings and had a few misses and a few home runs. Sent my book to a publisher and it got turned down, that doesn’t mean I’m quitting just need to rework it. Tried to paddle down the Mississippi River and had a very sick trip until having to pack it in with only 600 miles left, still waiting to go back and finish when the time is right. Got to see one of my best friends marry his girl at the coolest wedding ever, and finished the year strong with a cool chick by my side(figuratively speaking). Got my health and 2018 is gonna be even better. http://ift.tt/2lyaO9e

I cried for the first time in a really really long time today and it was out of pure happiness. Mentally I am in a great place, the best I’ve been in years. When I received this design from Jon I was so taken back looking at it. Not only is it just an amazing design and I love it but he literally just made it to make me smile. That made me think so hard about how lucky I am to have the friends I have and to be surrounded by crew I have built around myself. I was cruising down the river listening to good music and just thinking about how I know my friends would do anything for me and I hope that every single one of my friends knows that I would go to the end of the earth for them, give them the shirt off my back or the money out of my wallet if I have any and if I don’t I will do what I can to get them what they need.
