I'm doing and feeling alot better!

Ill try and make this short but I've basically been in a 4 month burn-out/tiresome period due to

Drawing the whole month of October and a a week in December for my collage portfolio.

Jobs not hiring me because they're not hiring, the hiring manager was never there, had jobs there but not in my intrest, or they were gatekeeping me and putting me on a constant loop that got me nowhere.

One Peice didn't really make me wanna continue watching the show or the other shows i wanted to watch after how corny it is and it's pacing I guess.

And the horrible news of what's going on in the world.

I was feeling sad, bummed out and tired untill I got hired in March after I've been searching for in-person jobs in my area sense December, I had to stop tryna get into the Harris Teeter near my house because they were dome ignorant and stubborn birches that gatekept theyre jobs and decided to go to the closet one near my house that's a highway exit away, also where my friend worked.

Eventually, I got in, and things was okay for a while.

Later this month, mom clarified that she's free to drive me to the CIA campus for this student acceptance day event and get some money and look around.

We stayed with my grandma and my mom and i went there and everything was just fantastic AND more, but the finances turned my mom off of the whole idea and I didn't wanna put more debt on my mom cause we're not stable right now, our noses are just above water.

I pulled the plug on my enrollment and declined the art collage. I was pretty bummed out and it felt like the excitement slowly draining out of me and went back to my old thoughts "I won't do collage cause it's too expensive." I only wanted to go for the communities, opportunities and to make my mom happy.

I'm currently thinking about just going for my 2nd plan take an online course in business and marketing or something so I can have this degree in my pocket.

Anyway, we stayed there for about 2 weeks cause mom needed to work in Cleveland and make money for bills and stuff sense driving me back and forth to work was preventing her to make money on her own. So during this time I cleaned uo my grandma's house, sleep, goon, went shoe shopping and went to her Masjid (Muslim church) and went to this funeral for my uncle's mom in law.

The whole time at these 2 churches I've been praying for not only the world to get better for my mom to get better and for my self to get better. To get my energy back and to be able to lock in and be better when I got back home.

And after that, I went home and just landed yesterday, and now I feel better.

Not only did I get my 2 checks and gave a 100 to my mom to pay off this one payment and get to keep some to save and spend alittle if i feel like it

but I don't feel worn out, tired, lazy and a bum anymore.

I feel like doing things, watch TV shows and and movies, organize and clean, work and save,

i even feel like learning how to draw better anatomy and just learn the art tricks and tips this year sense the weight of collage this year is off of my shoulders.

Im working on a cleaning my environment this week and finish drawing these 2 art commissions so I can start my journey and just start being my old self again

(But imma still gooning alot, yeah I'm not stopping that bad habit.)

I wanna share and post my progress if I have any and hopefully this will encourage me to feel comfortabke and making reels and content as well.

I have a long night ahead of me for preparing for work tomarrow, settling back in and preparing to be productive again so I'll talk to yall later

When you hear your voice played back to you on audio how does it sound to you compared to how it sounds in your head normally?

You seem really close to your mom, that's very cool. Do you think you would have been friends with her when she was your age?

HELL YEAH.

Me, my mom and my auntie would've been the big 3 if we were the same age!

But I am glad in this life I can be the one child who appreciates her forever, love her and take care if her. I'm almost like a son to her.

And I love how time has changed us and I feel like HER mama by the way I take care of her, always check up on her and makes sure she's at home or safe, chill with her and how she gets excited to show me stuff.

That's my everything man, I love her man.

Thats why I wanna have her move with me and maybe live at grandma's house while I'm in collage my siblings will not take care if her while I'm gone, I'm deeply scared about that man.

I use to play the alto sax back in middle school that's really it, I stopped cause I don't have money for my own instrument but I'd I own one I'd probably get back on it, I still know how to finger it.

When it comes to quotes, idk there's is many and they all fit diffrent scenarios.

But the one line that immediately came to my mind was

"I have no mouth, and I must scream."

This one really hits with me right now and my life idk, maye I'll add more quotes to this post in the future.

When it comes to yearbook stuff i didnt have one and I didnt pick one, too poor and I wanted to spend money on family stuff like for instance, I recived a 100 dollar bill as one of my graduation gifdoor. June 2025 and instead of spending it, I just told my mom to keep it for something important comes up, something needs to get paid or for food. Yesterday mom said that she's finally gonna use it for food and I tossed 26 dollars to her cash app to get more food and stuff we need.

Yearbooks and school rings is great and all but all they gonna do us turn into dust on a self and not do anything but waste space. I took pictures of myself and my friends in the year book so idc.
