Cleansing Your Aura
Whenever you feel your aura charged with heavy or bad vibes for any reason, heavy thoughts keeping you from sleeping etc, firstly you need to cleanse. Take a long bath with salts, do breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, or journaling to let the heavy thoughts out. Any of these things help with releasing and cleansing.
Afterwards, you can recharge by listening to inspiring music, personally I love frequency music for this purpose. You can also spend time in nature, or watch a really engaging movie that will snap you out of the vicious-cycle narrative of your own life and detach from it. I like uplifting fantasy movies for this, as they are both inspiring and help disconnect from a negative mindset by shifting your perspective to a bigger, more spiritual overview.
Other things that help anchor you in higher energies is wearing crystals like rose quartz crystal (love / heart chakra / instills loving energies to everything around you) and amethyst (spirituality / crown chakra / instills peace and calm) and practicing mindfulness in order to exert more control over your thoughts, feelings and actions. In short - keep it simple. 1) Cleanse, 2) Recharge, and be gentle with yourself by giving yourself time to recharge and refocus your energy.
