Gordon Ertz (1891-1962), ''The Inland Printer'', March 1916
Oh, the dirty pleasure of drawing what I want. How I want, and to start to feel at home with what comes out of my pen.
A request from a local kinky party to maybe show some of my drawings grew into a month long hyper focus of drawing. My anxiety of actually showing my art blossomed into an evening of people connecting, showing, sharing their thoughts of my art with each other and myself. People even bought (!) original art and Lino prints!
I’ve been craving for some sort of sense of accomplishment recently, so this evening felt like being wrapped in the sweetest clouds of success for the evening.
I’m pretty proud of every prawing that I presented, so fingers crossed I’ll remember to post more.
(And maybe get over my anziety of posting online…)
Love Injection
Pen and Ink
(And if someone knows which scene from a music video inspired me-just know I think you’re awesome!)
It's all getting under my skin.

learning to ask 'is this an ad' will save your life
"guys i just got this new" it’s an ad
"let me show you what i just bought from" it’s an ad
"how am i just now discovering" it’s an ad
The first six cards of this years inktober, where the challenge is less the drawing thingy but the showing my work online thingy.
Just the first few days of Inktober! For me, the challenge lies more in “posting and sharing my art regularly”. So here’s to hoping that posting doesn’t feel that awkward anymore after a while!
There's just something to say for the spontaneous, obsessive busts of organising energy that completely disrupt your already too tight schedule.
Well, at least my markers are now all equipped with a colour swatch, so I hopefully feel compelled to use them more often...
A little excercise in print making! I'm planning a huge project these upcoming months-better get a feeling for the knifes again, they'll definitely be used a lot!
Waaay to late for pride month, but I just remembered that I rushed this lil comic this pride month to have an excuse to fill my knowledge gaps about the origin of our pride flags 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Hope you enjoy this little snitbit of pride and queer flag-nerdery!
