In the middle of the night,As the clock silently tic tocs with a melody,There was a two males sleeping peacefully together at the bed. They slept in peace until the clock’s hand struck at exactly one,Making Okita to be wake up in a snap.
Hijikata groans as the bed squeaks noisily,then after some adjustments,he sighs and continues to slumber. After a minute,A warm fingers run to his arm and grabs it. He frowns as it was shook and to know what’s the reason of it,Hijikata forces himself to open his eyes and wakes up.
He look beside him and sees Okita that was widely awake. Hijikata rubs his eye and stares at Okita for a while,Letting himself to admire the beauty of his lover. He notices how Okita’s lovely purple eyes flashes at their dark room with a wonder,and how his lips curved into a pout that he always shows to the older male. Hijikata doesn’t guarded himself at looking down more further,seeing how slender and pale Okita is,making himself to be amused for a second. Then he snapped out.
He yawns and looks at Okita with a fluttered eyes,Showing how sleepy he is. Then,He finally managed to spit out a word after snapping out to his drowsiness.
“.. What is it?” Hijikata asked and stops his involuntary actions to give attention to the younger male.
Okita stared at Hijikata with his lips tightly sealed and eyes flashing a hesitant. Then,He looks down and tightly grips his blanket and sighs hesitantly.
“.. I-I want to eat a tofu soup,Hijikata-san..” Okita said with a childish tone while looking at Hijikata again with a pleading eyes.
Hijikata stares for a while,then turned his back to Okita and frowns.
“.. I’m still sleepy.” Hijikata mumbled,closing his eyes again to return to his slumber. “I’ll just gonna cook for you later for breakfast.”
Okita huffs in irritation and rests his arms and chin above Hijikata’s body. Then he whines more loudly.
“But I want to eat now! ~ I want to eat a strawberry shortcake too and a banana!! ~” Okita whines and pouts while looking intensely at Hijikata.
Hijikata takes a glance at the clock,then he looks at Okita with frown written over his face.
“You just ate three strawberry shortcake after dinner and we’re out of stock of it already. And it’s still one o'clock in the morning for goodness’ sake,Soji.” Hijikata protested while groaning. “The bakery is obviously still clo–”
Okita cut Hijikata’s protestion with a loud whine of disappointment. Then,He sniffs and looks at Hijikata with his teary eyes that made the older male to be taken aback.
“.. J-Just a tofu soup is enough,though…” Okita mumbled with a melancholy tone on his voice while averting his eyes from the other.
Hijikata wanted to protest again,but after remembering something important,his protests turns into a sigh of defeat. He sits up and leans at the board of the bed,then he caresses Okita’s silky hair and gently ruffles it,making the other to purr in satisfaction.
“.. Your craving attacks too much lately,Huh. Maybe we should live on a market already.” Hijikata commented,making the younger male to frowns.
“Haha. Funny.” Okita added to his frown sarcastically said while pushing the other’s hand away to his head even though he likes being pet. Then,He leaned to Hijikata’s chest and snuggles.
“.. And it’s what our baby want.. Not me.” Okita added while putting his hand above his stomach,making him to blushes in an upbeat.
Hijikata smiles and wraps his arm at Okita’s shoulders,pushing him more further to his embrace. He closes his eyes and sighs in contentment as the younger male giggles in a gently way.
“.. I knew you already,Soji. Don’t make a reasons already.” Hijikata said and doesn’t already hold back his chuckles and lets it follow his words.
Okita just giggles again and nods while looking up at Hijikata. Then,He flashes a wide smile.
“.. Okay then ~ That’s why we really loves Hijikata-san,Neh? ~” Okita said while looking down to his stomach again.
Hijikata puts his hand too above Okita’s hand that was above on his stomach. Then he simply leans his head to Okita’s.
“.. You never failed making me to fall in love to you each day..” Hijikata whispers and follows a kiss to Okita’s forehead. “.. I love you both too.”
The younger males simply blushes and looks at Hijikata with his smile.
“.. Please don’t forget to put a spices on the tofu soup,Okay? How annoying that Sukashi-kun made me to crave into spicy foods..”
Hijikata looks at Okita confusedly first,But then he just smiles and nods.
“.. I’ll never forget that… I guess.”
