Happy Birthday, Iggy!

For his birthday I think Gladio would give him something useful, like make a wooden spoon for Ignis’ kitchen. He’d make it himself with a knife and it would be a part of something Ignis uses every day and it’s connected to something he loves.  Then Prompto would collect all the photos of him that he took where he is smiling and goofing around with the others. It would be in Ignis’ bag to remind himself that not everything is gloomy even on the worst days. And then Noctis would kind of panic because what could he make Ignis. The man never says that he needs anything, and what he does need he gets for himself. So eventually he’s lost in thought when he notices they are camping near a field of wild flowers. He recollects all his memories from Tenebrae and makes a flower crown and he’s kind of upset he can’t make something more meaningful. But it makes Ignis smile like nothing he’s ever seen and he decides that it was worth it.
