“Well, if you insist,” it’s not like he had a lot of money, so maybe it was a good thing that he had someone to pay for his food. He should probably save money, to buy a place, not that he needed a place to sleep anyway, as he didn’t need sleep, but then again, he also didn’t need food, “I agree, it’s probably one of my favorites, pasta is just so good,” he could just eat it for the rest of his life, he wouldn’t get sick of it, ever, “It’s nice meeting you too,” he smiled, “Not that long, mostly because shortly after I became an adult, I had to go back to where I was born.”
“I do.” Kaine doesn’t have much either, but he was comfortable. He had been an expert at getting money from various places. He wasn’t always proud of where it comes from, but it’s usually stolen from criminals they don’t deserve it. Which is how he afford a hotel room everyday back in his own timeline. “PASTA is pretty amazing. You can never go wrong there.” He says as he smiles, motioning toward a direction to a local place that he was aware of. “I’m sorry to hear that.” Kaine knows all about missing out on things — he didn’t have a childhood of his own for his own reasons. “You can make up for lost time now though, right?”
