With the help of a moot on tt I have re designed Eileen far better than before!!
The step 1 design is purposefully meant to be an odd mix of styles as she is trying to figure herself out (I'm gunna try and convey that more in the final design)
Step 2 has her in a more defined style (tsuyome gyaru) but that doesn't mean she doesn't like to experiment with different styles!
I don't think Eileen will change a whole lot going into step 3... Not quite sure yet tho
Eileen Willow is an eccentric girl the same age as Baxter. She moved to Golden Grove when she was 7, despite being in the grade above she immediately took interest in Renee (Darren at the time).
She was able to eventually make friends with Ren when she had gotten into high school, constantly asking to go over to Ren's house as well as having (read: forcing) Ren to come over to hers.
Eileen is a lover of fashion and is willing to try any style at least once! She also absolutely loves dressing people up, as well as lending/giving people her clothes to wear. She has even on occasion given someone the clothes she is actively wearing because they told her they really liked it.
Eileen would often (before Ren came out) buy feminine clothes that she thought Ren would look cute in and while they hung out at her house she would convince Ren to wear the clothes "just for fun"
Eileen would also experiment with makeup on Ren because she's "already wearing makeup" and it "would be a waste to wipe it off"
she could tell that Ren was struggling and in her own ways would try and help by dressing Ren up.
Eileen is a cis women, she goes exclusively by she/her
She is aroace and her relationship with Renee is a queer platonic relationship.

Making him beg for forgiveness (created to accompany the art I made)
(Takes place after you dance with him at his work, Baxter is prob OOC, gn reader/ no description of reader, not proofread, suggestive especially at the end lol, you are kinda mean but not for very long…, also this is my first actual fanfic pls be nice)
“What?"
“I want you to beg for forgiveness Baxter."
“Did- did you not just tell me at the wedding about how you forgive me? Why on earth would I beg for something I already have?"
You gaze at his incredulous look with a small smile on your lips. “Baxter, you really think I actually forgave you? That was nothing more than a formality honestly..”
“You must be joking.” Baxter states," how was what you said a formality?" . He sighs and starts to remove his jacket, turning away from you.
You move to sit on the couch in his office, crossing your legs and sitting with poise. Baxter discards his jacket onto the back of one of the many chairs within his office, then finally turns back to you.
“It was a formality because it was incredibly surface level.” you grin up at Baxter as he stands in front of you. “The only way I will truly forgive you is if you get on your knees and beg for it.” he scoffs at that and looks away from you. "You do want that from me, right Baxter?"
He sighs again, “I- mh, I do…” Baxter says with embarrassment. He wipes his hands slowly down his face while slowly dropping down to his knees. "Fine, I'll.. I'll do it.”
Once he fully sets himself onto the ground you uncross your legs. Using your right foot, you place it under his chin and lift his face up towards you. Baxter stays silent, not meeting your gaze. It's easy to know why with the flush creeping up his face.
“Well? What do you have to say sir?" you ask with a smirk. He gulps, finally looking at you.
“I-fuck- please forgive me.”
“Forgive you for what Baxter? I don't know what I'm supposed to forgive you for if you don't tell me.”
“Damn you.. Please, please forgive me for how I acted in the past…” he swallows hard again, “for.. How I ended things between us. For ghosting you afterwards, for everything… Please just forgive me..” he gazes at you expectantly, face burning hot.
“Hmm, I don't know Baxter… You really hurt me-” you start to tease him but he interrupts, reaching a hand up onto your left thigh.
"I know! I know I hurt you and I'm truly so sorry for that! But please, I'll do anything for you to forgive me! Please!” Baxter grips your thigh slightly and you see tears barely start to form in his eyes.
“Anything? That's a bold claim sir.”
“I mean it! I'll do anything.”
You set the leg you used to tilt his face back onto the ground, replacing it with your hand as you lean over Baxter. In response Baxter uses his other hand to grab your calf, pulling it towards himself.
“I can think of something I'd like for you to do right now Baxter.” you lock eyes with him, hoping he understands. “You don't mean..? Not that I don't want to, I just… Perhaps we shouldn't do it here?” Baxter responds, face flushed even more than before.
“Right, yes… I suppose your office isn't the best for that." you look away from him embarrassed.
“This does mean you forgive me right?” he asks as he moves to get up off the floor.
“Hmm I suppose your begging was sufficient.” you tease him, pinching his cheek as he stands.
“Hallelujah.” Baxter sighs in relief. “Well then shall we darling?”
