Meet one of the largest and most powerful eagles, the Harpy Eagle (Harpia harpyja). This apex predator is native to forests in Central and South America where it hunts down monkeys, sloths, and sometimes even small deer. Some of its impressive features include long talons that resemble bear claws, a 6.6-foot- (2-meter)- long wingspan, and a hooked beak. 🥀Can you believe I toned and bleached my hair a week or so ago and can already see some of my roots a bit? My hair is an absolute monster and nothing will cease its growth.🥀

I despise the constant idea and notion that you exercise because you must hate yourself. I'm not exercising because I hate myself. I plan a workout to give my life some semblance of a schedule so I don't spiral downwards, I pop on my headphones and go for a run because it helps me cope with my mental illnesses including severe anxiety, I go for mile long (or more) walks because it helps to clear my mind and destress me. Exercising helps me cope with so much in my life and makes me actually feel good. So no, I'm not doing it because I hate myself. I'm doing it to help keep myself sane and help me feel decent at least for a bit.

I don't really have a sleep schedule anymore. My sleep schedule is "do we have free time? No one needs us? The dog is taken care of? Great, let's sleep for a bit until I'm inevitably woke up".

I'm so impatient when it comes to growing my hair out, I'm just lucky my hair grows incredibly fast. I can't wait though to have it at the right length, get the cut I want, put it in messy buns. I can't wait.
