I've read a lot of Krusielle fanfics on AO3 and wanted to share some of my favorites! It's hard sifting through the tags sometimes, with all of the more, ahem... weird ones in there, so I hope this is helpful to people who want to avoid that!
That being said, all of the fics listed respect the gender identity and orientations of these characters. There are no explicit fics or sexualized depictions of minor characters. The most there may be are references or implications of scenarios off-screen for explicitly adult characters.

Flirting Lessons by jastard, G, 25,245 words. Kris teaches Susie how to flirt for her date with Noelle. There are some consequences when Noelle figures this out.

Oneshots/Short-Fics
two body problem by cerealmilk, T, 7,687 words. The SOUL helps Kris continue living. Susie and Noelle don't let them slip back into obscurity. (Really good companion pieces to this one.)

Our Special Thing by Katzenlicht, G, 1,474 words. Chapter 5 spoilers. Noelle sees Kris everywhere she looks in Castle Town, even when they aren't there.
Apples by Bohamod, G, 1,468 words. Kris changes their shampoo. Noelle and Susie notice this.
Spoilers ahead for Weird Route! I've seen a lot of people talking about the biblical imagery in the recent weird route content, and a lot of this info isn't anything new but I wanted to give some thoughts on it.
The lake scene is very reminiscent of baptism/communion. Spamton even references communion back in chapter 2 when you speak to him in the shop, in relation to the Knight, but he's cut off before he can finish. I'm not sure that I'm entirely sold on the theory of the Roaring Knight being an amalgamate of Kris/Noelle but the connection here is still really interesting.
The lake also being associated with the Depths, Gaster, and therefor, "Hell", is a bit puzzling though, if we're looking at this as a communion of sorts. I'm still not super knowledgeable of the biblical significance of communion or if this can be connected in any way, so if anyone has any ideas feel free to share.
I'd also like to point out both Kris and Noelle bearing a connection to a "Christ-like" figure. Kris, with Kris->Christ and Krismas->Christmas and Noelle with the ring of thorns(and LITERALLY being crucified in chapter 2). Just some food for thought.
