This is about my recovery and growth as a loving father to a ball of fire; Keira Marie. I'll post things about sports, people, fitness, my lil goober, art and anything that inspires me. I am simple man with a big heart. I don't beat around the bush and tell you like it is. I served in the Marine Corps (0341) for 8 years and my passion is to help others. I lost people to suicide while in the MC and in my family. I do have PTSD and major depression disorder, I'm in my recovery my journey... My nightmare!!
