Summer Lovin’

So we have been in the back yard most morning trying to find ways of keeping the kids cool and not too warm, we do have a swimming pool in the yard we move it around though depending on the shadows ect so there not getting full sun on them, we are soaking up the heat mostly these days. we are going to hate when summer ends and winter comes!

But there will be a winter collection for Nature collective, I have been working hard and trying to make some more baby things for you guys aswell as more clothing!

We have lift off!!

Raine has started waddling about over the past few weeks, she’s been standing up and falling back down but she started to walk a week ago when I snapped this picture of her! we are all doing well as of me and sammy we have both be working both in and out of od the house over the past weeks and trying to spend equal time with the kids and looking after them, it’s hard you know juggling everything, I have great news that stuff will be coming soon to the shop so please bare with me! we are also looking to book a holiday this year and get away!

Hello guys, I am so sorry for the lack of update have been hard at work and also down with the flu these past weeks also been getting back into yoga as pictured. So let's start with the main thing the kids are good they're doing really good we have a few mood swings form Jake form now and then normal things for us. I am internally crying at the fact Raine is a year old next month! I am not looking forward to this, it feels like yesterday she was born, it’s unreal how quickly they grow up. 

Onto the next, I have been quietly working on a clothing set that is is for Spring/Summer (”SS19″) that will be due to drop in the next 2 weeks, we are in the process of finishing the collection off and getting it prepared for stock! I hope you enjoy this year's collection it’s new and it’s different!

Hello world

Currently, I am in a hotel at this point typing this up but here is a blog post while I travel alone, I hope everyone one is well and to inform you of what I am doing and been up to.

Currently, I am in NYC to see Tam aka @mamabele we’re gonna have a weekend and see her kids bc I am the uncle Kale, my kids on the other hand there all well and dandy, Jake woke me up at yesterday 6am wanting me to get up but asides from that he is back in preschool getting along with everyone, Raine is perfectly fine she’s kinda content with life my little chubs, she’s had her moments where she just wants to crawl all over the place and be left alone and not be picked up and crying at us telling her “no” at stuff she isn't supposed to touch ahh the joys of open plan living ey! the joys of a 9 month-year-old and a 3-year-old.

 As well as you know we have taken a brief break from nature collective temporarily at this moment in time to focus on our lives we both found it stressful that we have kids who need our attention but also a shop that needs attention as well so we thought it was our best intentions take a break and catch a breathe for a moment we will be back soon though!

Christmas day

I hope everyone has had a good Christmas, we enjoyed ours we had family around at our house so that's is why it took me a few to get this post together, it's been a little overwhelming with everything that has gone on.

I tried this year I didn’t get Raine a ton of things because it’s her first Christmas and she’s not really going to remember it much but we got her some things that she can play with and her birthday will be in 4 months but she’s about 8 months now she is crawling about and trying to climb up everything but she’s not that good we have to keep more of an eye on her with our house being open planned and she can easily go up the stairs .

Jake, on the other hand, he’s starting to just talk more and babble a lot of stuff nursery is being good for him he is lots more sociable than he used to be but again I hope everyone has a good Christmas and has a good new year

we put up the decorations today for this kids to start the season on joy lets say my bank balance is not in joy though but I am glad i got these up today and let the kids get involved in it Christmas season is beautiful

The month of November, it has been eventful Raine has developed so much this month, she has been sitting up a while since before the start of the month but she still uses her chair we’re actually super happy she started to crawl yesterday , we have been quite this month since the Halloween party we have been super busy, Christmas shopping has started and I’m busy with the kids with Sammy working more so when he gets home he just wants to sleep from being up late hours in the night though I have noticed Raine’s eyes have started to go brown (sorry Sammy she aint got your eyes ethier because Jake has hazel eyes) but things have been pretty chill though with us all well this is a kinda update I have been hard working on naturecollective stuff so please do expect more from us

We had a little Halloween party this year I didn’t get everyone such other people who came but these are the photos I managed to get before the wine & beer came out, it was pretty chilled last night this is Raine’s first Halloween, we did a table spread with some candy, candy apples and some savoury foods so the kids weren’t wired on sugar all night and they would go to sleep but we all enjoyed it dressing up having a few scares and a few giggles at each other we didn’t go on far too late though Jake stayed up a little later than normal though till Lexi left with Allis.

 We thought it was best not to go trick or treating due to it being cold outside and it wouldn’t have been nice on Raine going out in that weather walking around or in the stroller but we will probably take her next year or we’ll just keep doing parties inside out house xD. I hope everyone had a nice Halloween I am currently dehydrated af from drinking.

I have been super busy of late taking care of a 6 months old and a 3-year-old and making products it’s hard to keep up with my blog posts at this moment but she’s doing well though she’s doing good on solids she’s not been as picky as Jake was at the start but  honestly I’m just happy with life and learning to take it all in and not take life for granted I’m happy with life right now in fairness on that note I did sit down and do some drawing with Jake while Raine was down for a nap, we did lay out newspaper this was more after we finished up drawing together.

Onto solids and Raine’s room fully furnished 

So it was time for Raine to move into her own room we started recently, we’re late to it yes we did it slowly, we kept bringing her into our room in the mokee bassinet till she full settled into her room fully, we all didn’t want to overpower her room with too much as we have a lot of play stuff downstairs so there is no point in getting more, we have a lot stuff that will do her until she’s 1 anyway well that is the plan but we are going to store bigger stuff in here for now.

As of now we also have started doing some solids with her as you can tell by the title, most of what we are giving her is for taste and texture purpose to see what she’s liking and what she doesn’t like with that being said we are making more organic baby food thanks to Tam for the recipes that she sent me over but we are buying regualr baby food on top of that but it does kinda cut down the cost if we’re making our own and not buying as much regualr baby food but I think she;s enjoying it she’s a little fatty lol.

here are a few images if the day from this morning we’ve been kinda busy as of lately, well I have trying to get clothing done, it is stressful really I do hope everything sells well though, I have been working really hard on these behind the scenes, I am kinda proud of how much effort I have put into these designs, though there more fall appropriated so I do hope you all like what coming your way, I have release date that they will be in stock on the 4th of October so keep your eyes out for that one, I did want to write this up it is why I have been so quiet as of lately, I do have more to come before the year is up, I maybe working with Tam on doing a Christmas advent this year also that is yet to be decided I will get back to you guys on that one

Jakes 3rd Birthday day (20/9/18)

So here is some pictures form Jake’s birthday it was pretty small we kepy it family only and we didn’t go out apart from in the garden before it got too cloudy and we had to go inside with everything, he turned 3 it feels odd that he is growing up so quickly but I’m happy he’s growing up happy and has a lot to do around us though the past few months have been boring for him, we have tried to keep him entertained as much as possible.

we didn’t get him alot of things we tried top keep it little because we have been buying him stuff when we got Raine something so he wasn’t left out but but we tried to get him a few good things to play with

Raine is coming up 5 months, things have been busy with her more awake so it’s harder to post more why I’m not as active as I should be but you can have these pictures, we’re all fine doing well I’m still about on discord servers when I can be active but I mainly I am more drawn to them because they're easier! Hope you all are doing good! i’m dreading next month though Jake is 3 it makes me emotional af seeing him grow up so quickly but I will be posting bits from his birthday

I haven’t made an update in a while I have just been all over the place lately I’ve been more active in group chats though I will say that has been easier for me and working on projects for summer/fall yes I’m thinking that far ahead because it'll come quicker than anything, I do have a few things to get up on “nature collective” just yet to do so yet.

 As for life I’m good I’m really good as you guessed it’s harder to keep up with a growing baby everyday Raines about 3 months and a week and it won’t be long till she’s wiggling about on the floor jake, on the other hand, he’s trying to help out at home as much as can though I think he is enjoying still going to a little play school for a few hours it keeps him out the house for a little while and gets him outside, we try to take him to the park on weekends we just don’t want our life to consist on staying inside but if we don’t go to the park we go the garden though the heats kinda been alot also packing on that sun cream lol, anyway I hope you all have a nice weekend I’ll try keep updates coming.
