Anon you’re so right and valid. Because Kyle has been paying perhaps too much attention to Max’s height and also I like to think he sounds so put out cause he wanted Max to look at him with half that much unadulterated want. In addition to this I’d like to add that Kyle spends the entire first season accusing everyone who so much as breathes Max’s name as being besotted with him- like the guys jumping at his own shadow.

Hey do think about that scene in season 1 where Isobel ask Michael, if there no one he would risk his life for, meaning Maz saving Liz (also forshadowing malex) but also applies to Max saving Kyle's life??? Like those three are soulmates.

No! But really. The way those three (max/liz/kyle) is continuously being paralleled with and drawn back to Malex is wild (like the writers really did that), between that conversation in 1x02 and using the scenes from Michael talking about how Alex makes him feel in 1x13 to Liz talking about how Max makes her feel in 1x11 (a crash landing || teetering on the edge of a cliff) and Alex and Liz calling Michael/Kyle family… I stay awake at night about it.
