Kitchen & living room decor. Matching leather counter stools with living room lounge chair.
TV wall on opposite side of fireplace wall. Connected together thru wood finish / panels.
Construction of fireplace of cinder blocks - placed in glass wall.
Candy Factory Lofts PH is a minimalist penthouse located in Toronto, Canada, designed by Kyra Clarkson Architects. A deep industrial floorplate rarely wants to become a home. Its proportions pull toward warehouse, not warmth, and the standard move is to fight that volume with partitions. This penthouse does the opposite, treating the depth of the plan as a problem of choreography rather than subdivision.
The Findling is a minimalist retreat located in Austerlitz, United States, designed by Of Possible. Commissioned by two Manhattan psychoanalysts who had grown estranged from their bucolic property after a difficult earlier build, the project sets itself an unusual brief: to restore not just a sense of place but the clients’ relationship to architecture itself.
Small room for breakfast nook / dining area with built in benches.
Panthéon is a minimalist apartment located in Paris, France, designed by Rudy Guénaire. Perched on the penultimate floor of a 1920s building above the city’s zinc rooftops, the apartment frames the dome of the Panthéon and uses that vantage as a premise.
Kitchen decor with all dark wood cabinetry; light wood counter stools compliment well
Placing fireplace at end of TV wall - transitions to other spaces (no just living room)
Open hip roof ceiling with clerestory window at kitchen. Stone work integrated at kitchen walls and kitchen island.
SCOPE Thonglor is a minimalist penthouse located in Bangkok, Thailand, designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen. The persistent problem with the vertical city is that height tends to flatten domestic life into a single plane. A penthouse, however lavish, usually resolves into one floor stacked above others, its grandeur measured in glazing and elevation rather than in the spatial sequence that defines a house.
Range hood suspended in front of sliding glass door.
Living room with room length window bench. Living room centered on fireplace.
Kitchen design with arched openings at back wall / backsplash.
Entry foyer with exposed wood ceiling that matches wood floor. Black floor tiles matching black door and window framing.
Contemporary style Kitchen. Kitchen cabinets with hidden handles create a "clean" look.
Large skylight over kitchen island.
