That’s a 10 day wrap with Saudi!! 5 flights and multiple long road trips. One of the coolest jobs in a while, run & gun documentary filming around some stunning hidden gems in the Kingdom. Never imagined that such places existed. Majority of the filming were outside the big cities that will soon be opened up for tourists. Worked with a lovely bunch of Dubai, Saudi & American based crew. The local Saudi’s were so hospitable, kind & great fun despite the language barrier. What a year 2021 has been for me. Coming a long way in my career (6 years since I started out), I’ve had some really big work opportunities. With that being said I’m currently working on the biggest project of my career (till date), being involved on it right from the start. I spent my last 10 days of 2021 quarantined in my bedroom after testing positive for COVID-19 on Dec 22nd. I was totally fine, only showed very minor symptoms on the first 2 days. Had way too much of Ginger Tea everyday. I stayed busy by catching up with my old friends and family during the festive season (especially some who I hadn’t spoken to in ages). COVID’s a bitch and it’s still out there spreading like wildfire. Thanks to all you lovely people out there who have always stood by my side and supported me. Always forever grateful. 2021 might have not been the best year for everyone. Let’s hope 2022 is a much better and peaceful one!! And hopefully this Pandemic comes to an end soon. Tomorrow I get my freedom back. I can finally step out into the world outside my bedroom 😄 Happy New Year my lovelies. The glasses are finally off 17 years later. Got my laser eye correction surgery done a few weeks ago. Thanks to all you lovely people for the birthday messages and calls, really made my day. Y’all are amazing. Stay blessed! The last 10 years have been a crazy ride for me. Beginning with making a major career switch into Film Sound (best decision ever). Blessed to be surrounded by positive and supportive people, you all know who you all are. There have been some really great achievements as well as some downfalls.
