With all the absences of them hanging out together, Aoko was still getting used to how quickly he could change a subject. It was flattering that he wanted to hang out with her still, regardless of how intense this idol school was getting.

Aoko doesn’t really know much about idols to even begin to understand.

She may be a girl, but she’s not too well-versed in colour-schemes or fashion. Only things she finds cute personally, nothing else. Kaito always comments on how her version of ‘cute’ doesn’t match up to what ‘cute’ is these days, but that could just be because he’s being his usual, rude self.

Hands lightly grip at the dress she had picked up, trying to imagine those ‘white flowers’ Yuki had envisioned. Holding it a little bit above her, her lips form a contemplative pout–

❝ White flowers, yes. Maybe yellow, too…? Wouldn’t lighter colours look really good with this scheme– Kinda like a contrast? ❞

She’s clueless. She just thinks it’d look cute. Aoko holds the dress out in front of Yuki, as if giving him the chance to analyse it himself.

          “Well, I mean, I didn’t ruin it myself.....a li’l gremlin ruined it fer me, but same difference, I think.” He hummed thoughtfully before nodding; Aoko did have a good sense of color, even if she seemed a little unsure of herself. “All right, blue it is!”

          “Oi, oi, yer doin’ it wrong.....” He reached out to push the dress against Aoko’s chest instead, pressing it against her lightly. “Yer not gonna be able ta tell if it looks cute if ya keep it so far away from yer body.”

          He was completely clueless that she was offering it to him, even as he hummed quietly, consideration soon turning to approval. “All right, got it! Yellow and white, right? Do ya mind if I keep that dress fer a couple days? I can embroider it at home an’ then give it back to ya when I’m done, if ya want!”

“Well, we’ve got the chance of Summer lives right now… Maybe we should look at beach theme outfits?” Bikinis? Swimsuits? Kei is a little worried given how… revealing those are, but…

          “How ‘bout sundresses an’ beach skirts? We could try swimsuits, but I dunno if, well, y’know.” As feminine as they looked, they were still guys, and no amount of movie magic was going to be able to conceal that kind of bulge.

          “We could get away wit’ bikini tops if we really wanted- hey, if  we took off our shirts, do ya think we’d get censored?”

he definitely noticed how he’d snipped a nerve within the taller male , a smirk forming on his ivory lips. “ ill claim all the hostages i want and you can sit back and behave to prevent making your unit fall with you , ” he snapped , crossing his arms over his chest. though , perhaps he was falling out of line , eichi might scold him if he gets too rude. ❛ but.. ❜ swallow your pride , himemiya. ❛ i have talked with someone else from your unit , a kei nakajima? ❜ he mused , his shoulders relaxing some. ❛ he and i have already spoken about your unit’s first live event , so i wouldnt worry much about you falling out of the picture. ❜

          Ah- at least Kei had the sense that Yuki himself was sorely lacking. He relaxed visibly, even though he knew he was still on thin ice.

          “.....thank you.” The words were bitter out of his mouth, as if he didn’t want to say them. Perhaps things would have gone better other ways, but now he was stuck indebted to a spoiled child, and he had to be happy about it, or else. “I will keep that in mind....”

          A brief pause.

          “....until we can rise above your unit and your petty threats.”

          “-and that’s why I think I just ruined my entire high school career. Ne, Aocchi, do ya think I should go wit’ bubblegum pink or cotton candy blue?”

          It wasn’t often that he got to hang out with Aoko anymore, mostly because of his education and training growing more rigorous thanks to the prestige of his new school, but completely cutting her out of his life was impossible, which was why he had set aside an entire weekend to hang out with her. She was one of the only people he could really be himself around, besides Kei and Haruki of course, and it felt nice doing girly things with an actual girl for once.

          “Ooh, I like that color, it looks good on ya.....I think white flowers would embellish it perfectly, don’t ya?”

          He flashed her one of his award winning smiles, as well- something he definitely didn’t do as often as he used to.

          There had already been one bad run-in with a student council member, and as much as Yuki loathed to admit it, they did run the school, both literally and metaphorically. As both the governing body and the popular kids, there was no point in recklessly making enemies, especially so early on in their career at Yumenosaki. If not for Yuki himself, then at least for Keikei and Harurin.

          That was the sole reason why Yuki found himself standing outside the student council room, knocking three times before announcing his presence in a ( moderately ) confident voice.

          “Is Tenshouin-han available? I would like to properly introduce myself.”

          Yuki disliked loitering around classes that weren’t his. Like, a lot. He was still new to the school, didn’t want to come out of his lovingly crafted kuudere shell- and having to wait nervously outside a lower grade’s classroom and deliver his fellow unit member a homemade lunch because they had forgotten it at home made him feel far too motherly than he was used to ( around other people, at least ).

          About five minutes in, when he had just about enough with other people staring at him oddly, he finally decided to bow and thrust the mint green-wrapped bento into the arms of the next person who looked like they were walking into class 2-B.

          “Just take it! I don’t care enough to deal with this!”

          It was an unfortunate rule of life that Yuki held a mild disdain for most people who were cuter than him, and that went doubly for guys who looked cuter than him in a skirt. Granted, he liked to believe that the people who fit that category were few and far between, but there was something about that guy in first year that reminded her of......photos that often circulated around popular crossdressing forums. Photos that grated Yuki the wrong way.

          “You look familiar. Do you like skirts?”

          Even if Yuki didn’t have any girl friends, he did have Kei, and that was close enough in Yuki’s book.

the gaze he was receiving from the other student was not anything new , nor was this conversation. tori knew better than anyone else who decided to point it out that he was small ; he wished people would stop making it some sort of key point in everything conversation. ❛ i’m in 1-B , ❜ he stated firmly. ❛ id watch your tongue around me , im apart of the student council! ❜ his emerald eyes narrowed as he continued to glare. ❛ and i dont know if youre aware of this , but your units activities are monitored by the student council , ❜ it was a clear warning and he made no effort to hide that fact.

          Ah- so it was true, how power corrupted.

          “I would advise you to stay away from the others.”

          Yuki didn’t know much about the school’s history, only that there were certain...foundations that shouldn’t be taken lightly, and as much fun as it was to tease the other, the words student council went along quite nicely with his threat to the rest of their unit. It was no longer just a game to him- the pink-haired child had threatened Sugar✽Pop. Lines had to be drawn.

          “Don’t be such a brat. Student council or not, come at me with your own power instead of claiming hostages.”

he had known of new students arrivals ( and their unit , of course ) due to being apart of the student council. it was his job to know everyone , so when a new face arrived at the academy , he was one of the first to be interested. though , he already wasnt too pleased with their attitude. that could simply be translated due to their comment about his height. how annoying. he cleared his throat , hands pressed to his hips as he glared up at the other. ❛ very funny , ❜ teeth clicked together to show irritation. ❛ im not moe , im likely almost the same age as you , you know! ❜

        "Very convincing.”

          In Yuki’s eyes, the exchange was nothing more than this.....child trying to convince Yuki that he was mature. It would have been adorable if it weren’t so......unconvincing. Really, it was hard to believe that the child was anything but, well, a child, and this was coming from the professional cosplayer. “Which class are you in? 1-A? 1-B?”

          The elementary school across the street?
