i recommend telling yourself “this isn’t an experience i want to keep having” and stop entertaining things that are really detrimental to your health and don’t benefit you in anyway.
girl, your competition isn’t other people
it’s your bad habits ⋆ your distractions ⋆ your insecurities ⋆ your lack of discipline ⋆ your procrastination ⋆ your ego ⋆ your fears ⋆ your broken routine ⋆ your addictions ⋆ the person you don't want to be anymore
How Much Can You Trust When Nothing Is Happening?
Do you know why most people fail to manifest?
Because of the void.
Yes. That sneaky, deafening period of silence before any shift in your life takes place.
That weird stretch where nothing is technically wrong… but nothing is happening either. And it scares you because the void removes your favorite drug:
feedback.
There is no breakthrough. No movement. No “proof.” Just you, your thoughts, and an unsettling amount of silence.
And your brain, your gorgeous, dramatic, pattern-hungry brain, interprets it as a threat. Your nervous system goes:
“HELLO???? ARE WE BEING PUNISHED?????”
And usually, people panic in the void.
But not you. Not this time. I’m here to remind you that the void is the step before receipt.
The void is not the absence of your manifestation. It is the moment right before it arrives.
But only if you don’t ruin it.
Because the void is where your trust is put to the test. Read more...

The void is dangerous only if you don’t understand it.
Believing in your potential is the greatest act of self-love. Keep choosing yourself 💖
Obsess Over How Blessed You Are About to Be
Let’s be honest.
You’re already obsessing.
You obsess over:
what hasn’t happened yet
why it’s taking so long
what you did wrong
whether you missed your chance
what someone else thinks
how much time you’ve “wasted”
So the question isn’t whether you obsess.
The question is what you’re obsessing over. And what that state of obsession reinforces (aka manifests) in your life.
Obsession is repetition with emotional charge. It trains your nervous system. And whatever state your nervous system rehearses becomes the reality you live.
So if you’re going to obsess anyway, and you are, you might as well obsess in a direction that actually pays dividends.
Let’s be honest.
The best way to treat yourself is to treat yourself in your love language. So for example, If your love language is acts of service, try doing small, intentional things that make your life easier because you deserve to feel supported by you. This is one of the ways you will feel most fulfilled. Also remember that we teach people how to treat us, by how we treat ourselves
Acts of service: Cleaning your space, prepping your meals, planning your week, booking needed appointments, taking your vitamins, setting reminders, doing what you said you would do
Quality time: Take walks, sit in silence, read a book you love, journal, turning off your phone, making time just for you
Receiving gifts: Buy yourself flowers, order your favorite food, invest in things that are meaningful to you, wear something special just because, gift yourself something thoughtful
Words of affirmation: Write yourself a love note, say nice things in the mirror, make a gratitude list, read affirmations daily, celebrate yourself
Physical touch: Apply body oil, yoga or stretching, warm baths, gua sha or face roller, hug yourself, get a massage
love yourself, you deserve it 🤍
The Universe always responds to your energy and self-worth.
Let’s get something straight before we begin:
The Universe is not confused about you. It’s not playing hard to get. Neither is it withholding blessings because you didn’t journal hard enough last Tuesday.
Life always responds to who you are.
To your energy.
To your standards.
To what you tolerate.
To what you choose even when no one is watching.
It entails your choices, your thoughts, your beliefs about the world and yourself. Every boundary you set says something. Every door you close sends a signal. Every moment you stay when you should go, or go when you should’ve stayed, the Universe writes it down like a clue about where you are going.
For the longest time, I didn’t understand this. I thought my life was reacting to forces outside my control, like other people’s decisions or circumstances I didn’t ask for. But the older I get, the more I see how life moves with startling accuracy in response to one thing:
How your decisions shape what the Universe brings into your life.
Nothing arrives late. Everything comes in the right moment, at the right time.

Manifestation looks less like vision boards and more like daily self-talk.
What do you expect when you wake up?
What do you assume when something goes quiet?
What story do you tell yourself when plans change?
Living in the end is not a practice or a manifestation hack.
It’s a lifestyle.
Letting go is not quitting.
Letting go is not lowering standards.
Letting go is not saying, “I guess I don’t get what I want.”
Letting go is not giving up on what you want. It’s giving up the belief that you must control every step for it to arrive.
