Don’t make yourself feel bad for what you didnt do. You didn’t work out last week, that’s fine do something small today. You ate out too much last week, who cares try cook at home more this week. You can’t change what you did do or didn’t do yesterday or last week or last year. But you can always choose what you’re going to do next.
