Are you an author and you'd like a list of Facebook groups to promote your book in? This article has a great list! Be warned that some of the groups on the list are no longer in action, but most of the groups are. This is a really great resource to have. I have been building up my promotional groups for over a month and it has been through merely searching through groups and joining a few here and there. But this list is book promotion specific!
