So that picture you sent me that was supposed to be private. Well, guess what, I got a little mad about the breakup and decided to post that âfor your eyes onlyâ not-so-PG-rated photo and posted it on Facebook, Instagram, you name it, with a not so nice caption. Uh-oh, whose âbadâ is it here? Looks like Iâm okay, but your reputation just went down the drain. Good luck with that new job your want, and hopes for being your sonâs little league coach.   Last time I heard you arenât a politician and you donât own a business, so go after me all you want. Not much you can do about it because the law is on my side. Sorry dude!
Oh, the photo was a part of your âbusinessâ and even has a copyright? Guess I need to need to take it down asap, but looks like you are taking me to court anyway. But, oh, wait, I said âlook at (name here) (f-bomb) (fill in the blank)!!! The Judge just decided I really didnât mean to seriously defame your reputation after all. Because, guess what, I never learned how to control that Sailor-mouth I have and low and behold I really wasnât all that serious about defaming your reputation, so in the eyes of the law, it was really a joke!
