in my own turn i though of @kashtanova-nora 's beetle baldwin and i think he needs a friend *pulls out this from her pocket*

im not particularly good in insects but i think sarmenti would be a cricket!! first of all they can "sing" and would even be captured and kept in small cages like birds, also crickets are both 1) prey insects that many species feed on, including people 2) can be extremely aggressive and "cricket fights" (like dog or rooster fights) is an actual thing. i also picked an insect that can molt, i think it would fit his character and OH the huge brown eyes, yes, i find crickets cute

and one of his wings is broken :<
