Doggust days 12-15: Podenco, bedlington terrier, plott hound, wheaten terrier
I’ve said this before and I’ll point it out again -
Menstruation is caused by change in hormonal levels to stop the creation of a uterine lining and encourage the body to flush the lining out. The body does this by lowering estrogen levels and raising testosterone.
Or, to put it more plainly “That time of the month” is when female hormones most closely resemble male hormones. So if (cis) women aren’t suited to office at “That time of the month” then (cis) men are NEVER suited to office.
If you are a dude and don’t dig the ladies around you at their time of the month, just think! That is you all of the time.
And, on a final note, post-menopausal (cis) women are the most hormonally stable of all human demographics. They have fewer hormonal fluctuations of anyone, meaning older women like Hilary Clinton and Elizabeth Warren would theoretically be among the least likely candidates to make an irrational decision due to hormonal fluctuations, and if we were basing our leadership decisions on hormone levels, then only women over fifty should ever be allowed to hold office.
Reblogging hard for that last comment.
I WANTED TO SAY THIS BUT THEN SOMEONE ELSE DID and I’m damn proud.
GLORIOUS

weirdly it all seems to suit everyone
Fashion is a lot more timeless than clothing companies would have you to believe
Jo Ann went OFF!!!!!
I went on a journey of self discovery today
“When I was a child, girls would never wear trousers. But then women’s lib came along and they started to wear them all the time. So I figured, if women are allowed to wear trousers, men should be allowed to wear skirts. That’s liberation too, right? So I started with a kilt and realised I quite liked it. After that I tried other skirts. I now I wear them regularly. Not all the time mind you - just whenever I feel like it.
People sometimes tease me and ask why I am wearing a woman’s skirt. But look at me. I am quite clearly a man. So this is not a woman’s skirt. It’s MY skirt. It’s a man’s skirt.”
An icon, a trend setter, a solid fellow.
A good egg and an excellent man’s skirt.
when men complain that they can’t wear skirts…literally the only thing stopping you is how infrequently men wear skirts, therefore the solution is just to start wearing skirts. this man is more brilliant than any boy in my gender studies class.
my husband of twenty years: i love you me: he’s just saying that to be nice
I was born in the late nineteen hundreds
how do i stop growing up this isn’t fun anymore
i love it when people say “must you?” both because it makes me feel like i’m in a period drama and because yes, i absolutely must
