I am having a really bad time. Thought things were getting better. Feels like they are getting worse. I am dizzy and nauseous almost daily, just at random intervals. I can’t tell if Im really sick or if it’s a physical manifestation of my anxiety. im upset because my friends are doing amazing, wonderful things I want to be proud and happy for them. I want to be happy WITH them, but I find myself just feeling jealous or angry, or useless or outshined because they are better than me... usually all of the above. And then I immediately feel bad and ahte myself more for feeling that way because its not how it should be. Im drowning. someone help.
