Bump Update #37weeks : we are already three-ish weeks out from baby time… maybe less, maybe more! Baby is measuring smaller than Hank did at this point, but super healthy! We had a scare last week but thankfully, all is well in the baby womb. The gift of parenthood is amazing and terrifying all at once… Sleep has been easier lately since this kid has dropped and grown because space is limited. Without some sleep, I quickly turn into a baby myself 😩. We are just coasting now, and waiting to meet this spit fire. We have a list of boy and girl names that changes on the daily. I am so excited to see which one ya fit and when you’ll decide to come out!

Ode to Summer + her vegg!

We are so close to the end of this beautiful pregnancy and onto the beginning of something sweet and new for our fam. I have completely lost control of my body and I’m along for the ride as this little life gets stronger and chubbier by the minute. 😂 I spend many hours awake in a 24 hour span, and in that time, I think about and feel so many things - a lot of good and some scary, which leads me to prayer… I think that’s pretty normal in situations like these. Excitement, worry, love, anticipation, grief, joy, peace and calamity… its so odd to feel so many things simultaneously. We know so little about this life but we pray often and specifically for him or her and love this baby fiercely. I am so protective for this mystery already. This world is full of darkness and that is something that makes my heart hurt… raising babies up surrounded by death, sin, and a lack of Christ everywhere makes me all the more pro-active to instill love, hope, joy, patience, kindness, self control, grace, forgiveness… Christ into their hearts and to show them there is hope for all mankind. #congratsifyoureadthisfar #hanksbebesib
