- I’m not the child you once knew.
- No. That child would see you and run.
The Umbrella Academy’s introduction montage (1x01) | The Sparrow Academy’s introduction montage (3x01)
I was thought they were connected in some way, thinking more like this character could be the the same as another just portrayed differently or even the extreme side maybe? And then I was thinking maybe you could see that because if it's flipped then the numbers at first are 1-7 and then it could be 7-1. Which would make sense for Ben since he is 6 on one and 2 on another 🤔 or I'm losing my mind who knows 😂
get u a girl who can do all that 🤣
Finally, an anime girl who shares my fashion goals
Appreciation post 💜
I love the way she zooms away at their first encounter hahaha me
ok so harlan was allison's pogo. both harlan and pogo were defenseless "old" men (describing callum keith rennie as old is painfully hilarious to me). both complicit but not directly responsible for the awful thing that made them the target of rage for a hargreeves who just totally snapped.
it helps a bit to put harlan's murder in this context, but it's still disturbing to see the family have no problem with allison treating harlan as though he willfully executed her daughter. like "viktor, you've killed a ton of people. don't be a hypocrite." is i guess a typical five position, but no one acknowledged that viktor loved harlan, felt responsible for him in more ways than one, and allison explicitly and intentionally murdered him. i don't blame allison for this. it's more a doyleist problem for me. her writing in this season especially was all over the map. just messy as hell. but it could've been better with a few small changes like not letting that scene with luther go as far as it did ew ew ew why
Yeah that scene was a bit problematic tbh and could have been handled differently. Other than that I think Allison having a dark arc was interesting but I think the intensity of the blame Allison and the family put on Viktor felt a little unjustified.
Why are the steering wheels on the right if they're in the US? 👀
I was also confused by this lol
Here have this
If Five looked like he was kissing air to outsiders, does that mean Diego was just randomly dancing throughout the entirety of his hallucination?
#i love you and support you but you're not the boss of me
years have been added to my life after watching the umbrella academy dance battle fight scene set to motherfucking footloose
I was eating pancakes and I had to stop to be like
It’s not who we were that matters, Sash. It’s who we are now that counts.
