Earlier seasons, Mike Ross was fun and so stinkin cute!!! It's no wonder Harvey is so loyal to him, obsessed with him, and wants to be near him at all costs. Dude took one look at those puppy eyes and charming smile and was instantly lost. Over there thinking, "this is the one."

on s6 and here's what i've got:

Harvey pines after Mike but also sees him happy with Rachel. won't get in the middle of them, no way. it's not even that serious anyway, he thinks as he sips his sixth glass of whiskey, neat. he's good as long as Mike's around.

Mike is a raging (bit perplexed) bisexual. he loves Rachel but doesn't understand why he has to remind himself of Rachel after he spends time with Harvey. doesn't matter though because Harvey's as straight as they come, right? right.

he just has to keep his focus on starting a family, with Rachel. they'll get a house, somewhere quiet and safe, and then they will have kids soon he's sure. that got him wondering what Harvey would do when they give a baby for him to hold. Harvey Specter with a baby, god that's funny. would he hold the baby like a bomb as people do when they don't know what to do with a baby? or surprisingly he could be good with kids. i mean it's Harvey Specter, he's good at everything. well except for expressing his feelings. he's so emotionally constipated ... and on, and on.

Missing Him (A Marvey Fanfic)

Title: Missing Him Fandom: Suits Pairing: Harvey Specter/Mike Ross (Marvey) Notes: This is just a little something I wrote after watching the first episode based off of Harvey’s “I miss him” line. This is dedicated to @xehahn. I missed you and I’m glad you’re back! :)

Missing Him

“I miss him.”

They were perhaps the truest words Harvey had ever said.

He missed Mike just minutes after dropping him off. Every mile away from him causing the ache to grow a little stronger. By the time he got back to the city he was sick with it. So he went to the only person he knew might miss him just as much. The only person he knew that knew what is was like.

And talking about Mike, even for those few minutes before they were interrupted by Louis’s angry message helped. It took the sting away. But it didn’t ease the ache.

It didn’t make him stop missing him.

He thought the first night would be the worst. If he could just make it through that. Then he told himself it would get better when he talked to Mike. Then it was when he saw him. By week three when the ache had taken up permanent residence right there underneath his breastbone, Harvey resigned himself to carry it around with him until Mike was free from prison.

After all missing Mike, worrying about Mike, was nothing compared to what Mike was going through.
