Super easy-healthy peanut butter cookies 3 ingredients: - 1/2 cup peanut butter - 1/2 cup protein powder - 1 apple Put everything together in a food processor. Make little cookie balls with the cookie dough and cook for 15 to 20 min at 220 degrees Celsius (430 F) or until cookies are slightly brown.

Alright! So I've been really slacking with my Tumblr Motivation as of late.. I know Shame Shame. But hey! I'm doing pretty good. I joined a Crossfit Group, and I go 6 days a week. =DDDD I love it so friggen much. I never knew what my short compact body could do. =P I can actually lift a lot. So needless to say, I'm going to keep this up for years to come. I have no idea what I weigh right meow, and I don't' want too. I want to be STRONG. AND HEALTHY. I could care less what a scale says.

I'm loving life and so happy right now….Even if I've had a horrible Flu all week.. so i haven't been able to work out. urghhhh. Oh well.. I'll keep trudging along. =D
