I bought this tamagotchi angel at a bargain knowing that it had bad screws what I didn’t expect was: perfect packaging with guide and all, the fact it was a Japanese version (or what she’ll it was in general), and the extent of the screw damage. I was hoping it would be one of those lucky breaks where using the right screwdriver would work but no that screw has been stripped to a chasm the size of norende. The other screw isn’t there at all and I’ve been googling to try and find replacements in preparations for this fellas arrival… But all I can find is “steal them from your other vintage tama” So now friends help me with a conundrum: should I attempt the pull the tab? It’s doubtful the batteries have much life in them after all these years and there is also the issue of I cannot open the back… But… If it works I want to play it…

I took one with a stripped screw to a small local jeweler... One who works on watches! He was able to get out a stripped screw and find a replacement. :) he was also very curious about the tamagotchi and wanted to know all about it.
