Just received news of my film's FIRST festival selection !! I feel like a proud parent watching their kid go out into the world.

'Contact' will be screened at Womanimation!, a one day festival in Rhode Island showcasing animated films created by women around the world.

Poster designs I made for my film ! These are all roughs of different ideas and in the end I decided to go with the pink background one as my main poster, which has been printed A1 size and will be displayed at the More graduate show at the Bargehouse, London, this month.

Used a riso printer for the first time this week, it's so fun!! ✨ Here is the printer adding a black layer to a red and blue layered print. These will be available to buy at the Kingston degree show from tomorrow, and at the More show at the Bargehouse next month. #risoprint #risoprinting #prints

hey! i love all your work.. im really curious how you managed to create those light leak effect on your roll of film from the happy accidents post? many thanks xx

hey! i think i know the photos you’re referring to, but im also not sure cos it sounds like it was from a while ago - that was an experiment i did where i used up a roll of film, then wound it back into the canister, and took the film lead out to then put it back into the camera for someone else to take pictures, which would result in double exposures. except it didn’t work! probably because when i tried to get the film lead out of the canister again, it was really hard and i might have exposed a lot of light into it

As part of the campaign for Vintage Classics' Russians series of reissues, students on Kingston University's animation course were asked to come up with a short film for each book. CR was on the panel to choose a top three – which are featured below

Won 2nd place in a collaboration with Penguin books

Featured in Creative Review!! Finally this film is online now! This was a project I did last term at uni in collaboration with Penguin books , to make an animated trailer for one of their new Vintage Russian classics. We animated for the book ‘Life and Fate’.
