An interesting fact about my OCs' lore is that when parasites are fertile and ready to mate, the parasite makes sure the host knows it's ready by releasing pheromones that are highly attractive to the victim. The parasite chooses the victim, not the host, and the host only has to tell the victim what the parasite tells it. Following this, the pheromones are released, and the victim can't refuse because of them. The parasite then lets the host know it's ready by crawling out of the urethra with its parasitic tentacles.
