Beyond reality?

So i thought i'd take a quick power nap; and had a rather random dream.

In my dream my mom and sister were being attacked by a goat and sheep that escaped their pen.

I was in a lecture and a stranger started kissing my neck! (hehe, wasn't such a bad part) In terms of the stranger's look, he had a geek chic style about him and he was deliciously tall (Rita language 6"4) and had dark brown mid length curly hair.

I wonder, are the people in our dreams beyond reality? Or is there a possibility we could meet them?
