“I can’t take it anymore,” she whined, leaning back in her chair. “That problem is super hard, Kayden, I can’t figure it out.” Reyna had been staring at the single problem for what seemed like hours, her brain just wasn’t cooperating with her. “Maybe you could just sneak in during my exam and take over for me,” she grinned over at him, before reaching across the table and grabbing a fry, only to slather it in ketchup. “No one’ll ever know.” She was quick to pop the fry in her mouth, still staring over at him. Reyna wasn’t exactly sure how casual this interaction was, if it was just a study date, or if the two actually liked each other enough to consider it as something more. She’d be lying if she claimed she wasn’t attracted to the male, he was very attractive, smart, super kind. Definitely boyfriend material, someone you’d want to have a long-term relationship with. Marriage, even. He was raised right, that was evident. After her past, though, Reyna wasn’t entirely sure if she deserved something like that. Not after screwing her sister’s boyfriend behind her back, secretly taking a sledgehammer to their already fragile relationship. “I can’t stare at this anymore,” she mumbled, quickly moving to close her laptop, as if she’d change her mind if she waited too long. “We could just hangout. Eat.” @kaydenstone
