However I did love Opalite and Wood, but Father Figure, Actually Romantic, and CANCELLED! were the true gems

Overall, was this really giving a look behind the curtain? Not really, no.

So exciting to think in one week I’ll have all new favorite songs to enjoy ~~~~

I have no idea what to expect and I’m too exhausted from the past 3 years to speculate any longer. Whatever Taylor has up her sleeve (or hiding behind the portrait 🤭), I’m ready for the ride

I was originally thinking this album would be a bait and switch a la Midnights where the promo photos seemed really depressing but most of the tracklist were upbeat bops. Promo for TLOAS is so opulent that she could bait and switch and release a bunch of slow, sad songs. I ruled that out however with Max Martin and Shellback attached I don’t see that happening. I do believe the lyrics will be brutal tho

I am anticipating a 1AM or midnight 🕛 surprise in line with these last couple albums and based on her recent post alluding to a grand finale….
