Adrift in Hong Kong (Ao3 Link)
No one comes to sooth him, and he's rapidly losing the strength to continue. It's not fair. How could his body betray him like this? How could his mind fail to think through every possibility, just from some measly bumps on the head! The edges of his vision are darkening without his consent.
Kazuma wakes up in Hong Kong with nothing but the clothes on his back and a clouded mind. Disoriented and injured, he struggles to navigate the unfamiliar city. As his body betrays him and his vision darkens, he succumbs to his injuries and ends up in a hospital.
