Hello
So it's been awhile. I completely blame Halloween candy for making me fall so hard off the wagon. I took an entire month off Weight Watchers and working out, and have paid the price for it. But I just set my alarm for 6:30 tomorrow morning, and plan to start the Couch to 5k program again. Goal: 5k in January. Then 10k in April. Finally, a half marathon in July, a week before my 30th birthday. I think I can, I think I can. Now if someone can just make sure I get up with my alarm tomorrow, that would be swell.
