the thing that saved my golf game (and my dad's respect)

okay so here's the thing about golf with my dad.

he's old school. like, REALLY old school. no music on the course. no phones. "focus on your game" kind of guy.

but here's what he doesn't get: i NEED my phone.

not for instagram or whatever. i use it for the GPS app (because i'm terrible at judging distance), the scorecard (because i can't do math), and okay fine, sometimes i take videos of my swing to see what i'm doing wrong.

problem? my phone dies. every. single. time.

around hole 12, it's gone. and then i'm just... guessing distances. losing track of my score. and my dad's giving me that look. you know the one. so i got this KDYNIX power bank specifically for golf.

the thing that finally ended my golf cart chaos

okay so confession time. i've been golfing for like 5 years now and i JUST figured out how to keep my phone charged during a round. embarrassing? yes. life-changing? also yes.

here's the thing about golf carts:

some have USB ports. most don't.

and when they DO have them? they're in the weirdest spots. like tucked under the seat where you have to do yoga just to plug your phone in. or they charge so slow your phone loses battery WHILE IT'S PLUGGED IN.

i've tried:

- bringing a regular car charger (didn't fit)

- using a power bank (kept falling out of my bag)

- just... accepting my fate (worst option)
