Kylie sat still blankly staring at the wall in front of her and still strumming away. She heard the studio door open and turned her head slightly to see Keagan peeking out. “It got loud in there, I kinda just wanted a quiet space to be for a little while,” she said and figured it was time to let her band know what she’d been up to. “I have this song… and I wasn’t sure if you guys would wanna use it for first EP, you know to add a new song that no one’s heard yet… or if we should hold off and maybe use it for our next thing?”
Keagan stepped out and got comfortable beside her. They weren’t usually paired up for anything but he wasn’t going to pass up an opportunity to get to work with her. Keagan wasn't gonna lie he really admired Kylie. She was hardworking, dedicated, the band meant so much to her that it made it mean so much him. He was sure he had a school boy crush on her but of course he wasn't going to act on it, not now at least or maybe not ever. “Can I hear it or is this something you wanna just demo?” he asked hoping she would play it for him but prepared to set things up for her in the studio if not. “I could get the mics ready and amp the acoustic if you want.”
