I'm rarely here but when I do and I post my stuff, I notice that they tend to get duplicated?

I've noticed this recently when I upload my posts and I realized it'll be uploaded twice (and I'm sure as hell that I only shared it once) I usually delete the duplicated one but does that affect the chances of my OG post being noticed? :( Because I usually realize it after the duplicated one already made its rounds and I've got no choice but to delete it because I don't wanna have two of the same posts up.

Does this happen to others as well? Is it a glitch or something? 😭
