Day 10
today I had black tea with sugar, two cups of mushroom soup broth with sour cream, half a cup of sour cream, two big cups of strawberry yogurt and two chocolate candies. quite a lot! feeling full
hit a bit of a breaking point. since I don't have a scale, it is quite hard to track progress, and I drink a lot of water, so I'm a bit puffy. it is hard to stay motivated while not seeing the results
the thing that kept me from eating was understanding that after 10 days on liquids, my body simply cannot jump to solid foods again. I will probably be constipated as fuck, and my stomach will hurt. it was simply not worth it.
when I will finish the diet, I will go through a long process of introducing solid foods back - few spoons at a time, starting with light vegetable soups. I read somewhere a long time ago, that the time you spend exiting the diet should be twice as long as the diet itself, and I swear by it. helps not to gain weight back and to avoid many, many health problems.
