KH3 Sora saves Riku - KH3 novel vol 3 translation
"I'm not sure, but...give it a shot?" Just then, Sora remembered something. "..." He remembered the words Hercules gave him. "This'll take all my heart." Then just believe — if there's a heart I want to save, then a path will certainly open up! "Okay!" With a quick nod, he pointed his keyblade at the surface of the water with both hands. The light emitted from the keyblade became a keyhole when it hit the water, and a magic circle like a kaleidoscope spread, eventually becoming a beam of light shooting up toward the sky. "Look for the light in the darkness!" Chirithy said to Sora, who was about to jump through it. Sora's body was enveloped in light and he disappeared. Looking up at the light, Chirithy whispered, "May your heart be your guiding key."
Then, he was back at the Keyblade Graveyard. "Sora, you don't believe that. I know you don't." Riku was walking toward the Devil's Wave in front of Sora, who was on his knees on the ground. Riku cut into the Devil's Wave. Even still, Riku was engulfed in darkness, right in front of Sora's eyes. At a loss for what to do, Sora reached out a hand toward him. Then the Devil's Wave enveloped Sora, and darkness was all around him. "Riku!!" He could see a light from far away. It had to be Riku. Sora struggled in the darkness. "Riku! Answer me!" Sora headed for the light.
When he came to, he was in Olympus, at the Temple of the Gods. He wondered if Riku was here, but there wasn't a single sign of anybody around. "I guess nobody's here..." Sora whispered unconsciously. Then somebody hopped out of his hood and said, "Gee, I'm here!" "Jiminy! You're OK!" Jiminy, who was always with him — he was still here! Jiminy jumped onto Sora's palm. "Well, 'okay' might be a stretch, but what are we waitin' for? We need to find the others!" Yes — no matter what, I'm never alone! Sora smiled and nodded at Jiminy. Then he started to walk. Beyond the door, Riku was floating on top of an Olympic cauldron. Just like Sora’s had been up until shortly before this, Riku's body was transparent. Am I gonna have to collect pieces of Riku, too? As he wondered this, Sora ran to Riku's side. But a Heartless appeared where he was headed — a Lich. It was a Heartless with a skull face that looked like a reaper. The Lich drew Riku's heart out of his body, tied it up in chains, and ran off holding it inside itself. On top of that, it left behind Shadows and other Heartless as it flew away, making it hard for Sora to catch up. Even still, Sora chased after the Lich. Then, when he finally caught up to the Lich, he battled it to get Riku's heart back. He finished it off with some close-range magic, and thought he'd defeated it. However, a dark portal appeared behind the Lich, and, leaving Riku's heart behind, the Lich fled into the darkness. Meanwhile, Riku's heart flew off toward somewhere far away. "Hey! Wait!" Jiminy jumped on Sora's shoulder as he went to chase after it. "There's no need to worry, Sora. He'll return to the place he fell, like you did. We gotta focus on rescuing the others." Ah, so Riku's heart is just returning to his body. "Okay!"
Happy Pride, ya’ll

I’ve been hard at work modding this and hope you all enjoy the wonderful tome of Soriku we’re about to unleash upon the world (all while supporting a cause that’s really, really important)!
Seriously, though, this thing is over 350 pages. If we were to print it, it’d be close to an inch wide. Just that much Soriku, folks.
I loved every single fic and can’t wait for you to get a chance to, too.
Saw this on Twitter last night and it's a big, big mood.
KH3 novel vol 3 - Intermission Twilight (first part)
Kairi looked at herself in the mirror.
On top of the bed, the trunk from Yen Sid that had reached her through Merlin sat open. The trunk was empty. Next to it, the dress Kairi had been wearing up until now had been tossed to the side.
Kairi twirled in front of the mirror. This new dress was the same color as the one she had previously worn. What differed was the belt over her vest and the collar, which had a hood this time. The hem of the skirt had a black, white, and pink plaid frill and a black pleat—even big pockets. She looked in the mirror once more, taking note of the features of her new outfit, and then grabbed just a small length of her hair.
Come to think of it, I wonder why Riku cut his hair? Even while she’d been training with Axel, Kairi's hair had grown a little bit. I wonder if Sora prefers long or short hair. Kairi took scissors out of the desk in the corner of the room, then worked the blades as she stared at them for a little bit. Then she went in front of the mirror and pinched the end of her hair. I think about shoulder-length would be nice. Though I hope I can cut it well...
New clothes arrived from Yen Sid. I bet you are all wearing new clothes, too. I've said this before, but this is a place where you don't really need to worry about time. However, your hair grows, and you still get hungry. Lea—Axel hasn't changed much, and neither have I. I feel like we've become better friends. Axel still stares at my face sometimes, just like he did before. I don't know what I have reminded him of. I think I am going to cut my hair, too. After all, surely I'll be setting off on a new journey very soon. Where are you guys now? What are you doing? I think I'm going to set off on a journey to save you guys, just like you once saved me. The people you'll meet, and the people you've met up until now, are all people who need your help. I wonder if I can befriend them, too. Until we meet again, please stay well. I'm doing OK.

I have this really bad habit of sending two unrelated texts back to back but bridging them with an “also”
So it’ll be like “hey have you seen this funny tweet” quickly followed by “also the news said polio is back”
Something There - Beast’s Castle Character File Translation
I remember distinctly how watching Belle and Beast dance made us really happy, too. Even the normally kinda gloomy atmosphere of that world was blanketed by a gentle light.
Cogsworth said, "if the master can learn to love, and earn love in return, we'll all return to our original forms", but what is true love, anyway?
What is "love"?
I mean, I don't even really understand why I'm so bothered by this question - hm?
Somebody somewhere mighta told me - I understand that Belle and the Beast are in love, yes, but then I still don't know what the "love" there is?
I think somebody explained it to me as some kind of special power only humans have...but who was that?
When I first met him, Beast said, "I simply believed. Nothing more to it."
I believed in what Beast said to me, and then I was able to fight. If the power of believing is love, then - then maybe the power of love might be something similar to the power of connecting with others.
But I still don't really get this, you know!
Wherever You Are - Kairi character file translation
"Thinking of you, wherever you are" I wrote the letter that began that way back when I had forgotten you. Well, I don't know if "forgotten" is quite the right thing to call it, but you disappeared from within me - from within everybody. "Do you remember those boys who used to hang out with us?" I asked Selphie, who tilted her head and responded with Riku's name. I didn't remember you. But you were still there, somewhere within me. I put the letter in a small bottle. "What's that?" Selphie asked as I threw the bottle into the ocean. "A letter... I wrote it yesterday, to the boy I can't remember. I said that no matter where he is... I'll find him. One day. And when I stopped writing, I remembered we made a promise, something important. This letter is where it starts. I know it," I answered, and I stared out where the bottle was floating between the waves. That's when I remembered your name. Starts with an "S". Right, Sora? Some time had passed since then, but I continued to write letters that would never reach you, Sora. Then I was on the hill of the Secret Forest where you could see the twilight sky, and Lea - Axel - was sitting next to me. You were in the middle of a long journey again, and I was training to fight with you. Perhaps dazzled by the sight of the setting sun, Axel's eyes seemed a little wet. "A letter?" "Yup," I said, and nodded at Axel. I was writing letters daily. "To Sora?" "Mmm, technically yes. But I won't send it. It's more for me." I remembered that letter I sent you back when I had forgotten you. I didn't want to forget you again, and the feeling I got when you became a Heartless...I never, ever wanted to feel that way again. "This time, I’ll protect you." I hugged you, who had become a Heartless, close to me. Other Heartless gathered all around us to attack. But then, there was a light, the Heartless disappeared with it, and you came back. "Kairi, thank you!" you said. Oh, then we ran off together, right? And then we made a promise. "I’m always with you, too. I’ll come back to you. I promise!" "I know you will!" But after we made that promise, we all forgot about you for a while. All this time I've believed that I needed to help you this time. It's always been nothing but you saving me, so I can't just sit here waiting for you. When we were young, we drew on the walls of the secret place, didn't we? You drew me, and I drew you. After you disappeared, I took a look at that drawing again. I learned you'd added a doodle of you bringing a paopu to my mouth. "If two people share one, their destinies become intertwined. They'll remain a part of each other's lives no matter what." I remembered a lot of things as we sat together on the paopu tree on Destiny Islands and watched the sunset. "Hey, why's Riku all alone?" "He said he needed time to himself. Let's let him be," I told Sora, who worried about Riku as he was off standing on the beach. I took the paopu fruit in my hand and presented it in front of Sora's mouth. "Here!" "Huh?" Sora stared at me, startled. I handed him the other paopu fruit that I'd brought with me. "Tomorrow's fight will be our toughest yet. I want to be a part of your life no matter what. That's all." Sora's face suddenly turned serious, and he took the paopu fruit from my hand. "Kairi, I'll keep you safe." "Let me keep you safe." We ate the paopu fruit together. This was a good luck charm, and a promise. Sora, you've protected me, but I wonder if I was also able to protect you. So, Sora, please don't give up! Please don't disappear! After all, Sora, you're everybody's hope! It's a promise.
Another Dream - Naminé Character File translation
Another Dream
"Besides Kairi and Riku, there was one other girl I was friends with. The four of us used to play together all the time."
That was a false memory I made for Sora. I imagine its scenery.
Waves hitting and drawing back from the white, sandy beach. The boys are fighting with wooden swords in the background.
I stand up and walk alone to the pier. Then, I proceed to the end of the pier and, this time, I sit.
Then I look toward the horizon and I close my eyes. I hear the sound of the waves.
"What are you doing, Naminé?"
I turn back toward the voice that called from behind me. Sora was standing there.
"The wind sure feels nice," I respond, looking back at Sora.
"If only the wind could carry me far, far away..."
"That again?" I chuckle.
Sora and his friends were building a raft right now - a raft to allow them to leave this world.
"You ever want to go back?" Sora asked as he sat next to me.
Go back? To where? Where do I want to go home to? It was always this beach of white sands - this shore where I can always hear the sound of waves.
But really - the real me - no, maybe I did want to return home to this beach, too.
"If there are any other worlds out there...I wanna see 'em all!" Sora continues.
Ah, that's right. By now, Sora's seen all kinds of worlds, met all kinds of people, and gained all sorts of connections and memories. I know just a little bit about those fragments of his memories.
"Aren't you guys forgetting about me?"
I turn toward the voice and find Riku standing there. Behind him is Kairi. This is a fake memory where all four of us played together.
"So, I guess we're the only ones working on the raft."
Riku looks back at her, and she laughs with that face of hers that looks a little like mine.
This is a special world. A world where somebody set off on a journey a very long time ago. It's a very important place within my memories.
It would be great if everybody could really return here. But why did it turn out that we can't anymore?
Is what I'm seeing an illusion, or a dream?
Perhaps this is the world I wanted. Or maybe it is the world somebody else wanted. I don't know.
I lost track of that sketchbook I drew in at some point. I wonder where it is.
I can hear the sound of waves. The sound of waves sinks in within my memories - the only sound I can hear whenever I want, forever.
