Oh i’m pretty lazy when it comes to palette creation xD my go to is one of the default ones in procreate and from that i just add a layer on multiply if i want a darker color…. Ok you know what a tutorial may actually be better than just writing this down… -w-` also sorry for the late response!

your art is amazing!! I love the way u draw and design characters and I loveee the colours you pick and your style in general is great. I rly like that piece you recently posted that u super hate, I'm not gonna RB it cause the caption is so self deprecating and that would feel like agreeing with it sjdhuas but I think it looks super cool!!!! the dreamlike feel is really cool and it's just very pretty to look at. My only excuse is that I really use this platform for dumping both my art and all by dark thoughts so i don’t really go into the inbox too often ^^’ in my mind not a lot of people hang around here anymore so i feel like i can just barf out what’s in my brain without it affecting anyone really… ANYWAY, thank you so much for writing such nice things!
