Strawberry Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie
Ingredients (Makes 1 smoothie) - Cook/prep time is about 5-10 minutes

-1 cup frozen strawberries (or raspberries work!)
1/2 cup plant based yogurt, a strawberry, lemon or vanilla variety is suggested
1 serving of your favorite plant based vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1/3 cup milk of choice. I love using unsweetened vanilla
ice as needed (see directions)
Directions
Directions should always be short and to the point.
1. Blend!
2. That's it, but if you're choosing to add ice I would add it in waves to gage the thickness/coldness you prefer!
