Figured I'd share a few quick sketches I had done for my Hollow Knight D&D. These were done for a Grimm Troupe one shot I had ran. I plan to do a cleaned up version at some point, but figured I'd go ahead and post these. More details below...

Grimm is a wood elf (and technically lich) Bard/Warlock. His troupe is actually a front for a vampire cult that worships a demonic being called The Heart of Nightmares. The Heart of Nightmares is a shapeshifter that has three main forms. The Heart (a giant patchwork heart), The Beast (a draconic-looking centipede creature with human hands that is made of stitched together flesh and fabric), and The King (a humanoid demon form). The Heart of Nightmares is a lawful evil being, but it is VERY strict on what can be done to mortals. No one can be actually harmed unless they are already on the verge of death. It feeds off fear, so it cant feed on the dead. Members of the troupe have often survived horrors beyond what most could even think of. They've lived through nightmares. They see nightmares as a kind of rebirth. A horror that makes you happy to be alive when you wake. The Heart if Nightmares has no need of followers, but is fond of Grimm, so it let's him do what he wants.

The twins Ghost and Cava (formerly the Hollow Knight). The D&D-verse im building is based on my Knightmare AU, so the Hollow Knight fled and joined the Grimm Troupe before they could be used to fight the Radiance. Ghost and Cava are egg-twins. They were part of an experiment by the Pale King to basically make super soldiers. They are Silver Greatwyrm and Hamadryad hybrids merged with abyssal Dread demons. Ghost is a little shorter than Cava due to malnutrition early in life after fleeing PK early on and having to figure out how to survive in the wild. Ghost is and Eldritch Knight and the helmet they now wear is Cava's old one. Cava was an Oath of the Crown Paladin, but is now an Oathbreaker. Their chosen name "Cava" actually has double meaning. Its the first part of cavalier, but cava also means hollow. The Vena Cava "hollow vein" is also the name for the largest veins in the body that lead to the heart. They find it fitting. As the only member of the troupe with combat training, they see themselves as their protector. As part of the troupe, they are a dancer and also do equestrian vaulting with a centaur member of the troupe.

Long time, no post! Been working on a little D&D-themed AU recently.

Monomon the Teacher is a large Plasmoid that takes a jellyfish-like form. She is a Order of Scribes Wizard along with most members of the Archives. Plasmoids are extremely rare and all come from the Fog Canyon area. Fog Canyon and the Archives are filled with slimes and oozes with the Oomas and Uomas being floating relatives. Uumuu is basically a floating equivalent of a gelatinous cube.

What happens when you don't report pornbots

What you can see here are among the most popular posts of the last month for the convin (Connor/Gavin Detroit Become Human) tag for the last month. And presumably popular in lollipop, cityscape, rick day, eva long, dostoyevsky, and all the other random, unrelated tags added to these posts.

You can see two identical posts made by separate bots that feature a bit.ly (so, disguised, you don't know whether the address is safe/where you're going) link to a website that contains an image of a pretty young women (but who knows what else).

Each post is liked by about a dozen other bots, and only bots. (I reported them all, so can confirm their profiles were obviously those of bots/porn bots.) Some of them even use the same image in the pfp. Some are developed blogs full of porn images, some are clearly newer and don't even have a pfp yet. They are all gaining legitimacy from each other by the likes which act as links to their Tumblrs, and adding legitimacy to the post they have liked, which links to their ultimate goal: the site where they make money in undoubtedly dodgy ways.

They are doing this to legitimise their websites for search engines like Google, but if you don't care about that, it has the same effect in your Tumblr tags.

If we don't stop them, ALL your favourite hashtags are going to be full of meaningless posts like this, and probably porn you don't want to see (very different from porn you DO want to see).

This is why we report and block, lads. Not just because they are annoying and irrelevant to us, but because if we don't stop them they will take over this hellsite, and they very clearly do not understand the nature of the hell in which we live.

This goes especially out to all yall who go “i dont see why i should report all the bots following me lol” because if you want this website to be functional and not littered with suspicious links then you help out and report bot blogs as SPAM and then block them.

A little comic idea that stemmed from something @cereusblue mentioned happened to her while playing Hollow Knight once. She said that once while crystal dashing, it looked like Ghost grabbed an Ooma by the tendrils and dragged it along behind them like a balloon. My brain went to this.

Hand painted resin bee coasters! I made these the other day, and I’m really happy with how they turned out.

So I recently got into working with resin, and a friend of mine requested a pair of gummy bear earrings! They turned out really cute! I’ll definitely be making more!

Sorry I haven’t posted here in a while, I’ve been very busy. While I won’t be allowed to post the other stuff I had been working on during this time, at least not for several more months, I can at least share this! A very late Christmas gift for @xensilverquill​! I decided to do a polymer clay and needle felt sculpture of Xen’s character Ichor. The scythe, ground, butterflies, and head orbs (I honestly don’t know what else to call them) are all made of polymer clay with the rest being felted. There is armature wire through it to help keep it standing, and the butterflies and head orbs glow in the dark!

This is honestly my first needle felt and I fell in love! I defiantly will be doing more in the future! Felts by Philippa’s tutorials and tips were a big help in making Ichor. I doubt I would have been so happy with the result without her videos, so I have to recommend her.

So I've got a new AU. I'm calling it the Knightmare AU.

The idea of it is that, before the Hollow Knight was to contain the Radiance and be sealed away, Grimm/Knightmare King was summoned to the White Palace to teach the Hollow Knight how to fight against dream beings. While training them, Grimm and the Knightmare King realized that the Hollow Knight wasn't 'pure' like the Pale King said they were, so Grimm and the Knightmare King offered them an escape. They offered the Hollow Knight a place among the Grimm Troupe, where they could be themselves and not have to fear the Radiance. The Hollow Knight took the offer and fled Hallownest among the Grimm Troupe and started going by Knightmare.

Designed out a new character. His name is Noctilucile-Voilder (or Nox for short), and he is a type of a nocturnal butterfly (Macrosoma lucivittata). Being a nocturnal butterfly who's tribe is adapted to extremely dark areas, most places of Hallownest are too bright for him. Because of this, he wears his mask most of the time.

Nox is the last member of his tribe that originates from the kingdom that worshiped the void within the Abyss of Hallownest. His tribe came from a group that left when the kingdom fell and have been living outside of Hallownest since long before the Pale King rose to power. When his father passed, Nox started traveling in hopes that there might be other tribes with origins to the old kingdom of void and ended up traveling to Hallownest after hearing tales of beings born of void.
