All good things take time to grow.
You can’t plant a seed and expect it to become a tree the next day.
The slow and steady process will teach you life lessons you must learn to bloom.

This thesis journey is a complete mixed feelings.
I choose sociolinguistics it’s because I really want to learn this method so I can use it on my master program.
But the truth, that I can’t really share to my friends because they’re struggling with their theses, is that my very-best lecture/mentor/supervisor has very high expectation on me. We’re both excited, but the fact that all of this is new to me, it scares me. And it triggers my ADHD some other time.
I’m carrying heavy baggage, not just for my research but all the privilege and special treatments. This is a big commitment.
God help me through.

"I think I’ve always been half out of my shell and half in. Sometimes I can be extremely wild and sometimes I can be extremely shy. It just depends on the day."
“Go and love someone exactly as they are. And then watch them transform into the greatest, truest version of themselves.”
— Wes Angelozzi
“One of the most amazing things that can happen is finding someone who sees everything you are and won’t let you be anything less. They see the potential of you. They see endless possibilities. And through their eyes, you start to see yourself the same way. As someone who matters. As someone who can make a difference in this world.”
— Susane Colasanti

“It is very frustrating not to be understood in this world. If you say one thing and keep being told that you mean something else, it can make you want to scream. But somewhere in the world there is a place for all of us.”
— Lemony Snicket
