I saw this before I left work last night and had a quiet hope, and today I checked my phone at about quarter to two, while I was still on my lunch break, and I’ve just got a job interview with the BBC next week
I’m not a big believer in anything much but I’m so happy holy shit. So like unrelated note but something real good happened to me at 1.42 today lol

all it should take if you’re disciplined enough is three to four months. you’ll be at you goal weight in four months.
the food will still be there in four months. mcdonald’s will still exist in four months. that donut place will still be there after four months. food won’t leave, it’ll still be there when you’re skinny. why eat it now? why not eat it when you’ve reached your goal?

That cookie you’re about to eat, first think what’s gonna happen afterwards. How are you gonna feel. Didn’t you say you wanted to be thinner? Didn’t you say you’re gonna lose this weight? So this cookie will taste good for one second, so try to ask yourself is that one second really more worth then getting to your goal and be proud of yourself for MUCH more time? If you want to eat that cookie now go on. Go on and ruin it again. But don’t you feel bad for your future self? If you REALLY want to eat that cookie and hate yourself more… go on… Just remember you were warned so don’t you dare to cry and pitty yourself afterwards cause YOU did it to YOURSELF!
Just put down the food. Have a little self control for once. You’ll never be skinny if you keep eating like this.
