Rewatching The Mandalore arc in The Clone Wars, it's just stupid how Obi-Wan cares for Satine (affectionately).
First hint: she drives him nuts. Did you see Obi-Wan react to people the way he often reacts to Satine's words? Because I have not. He can be slightly annoyed, or concerned, or lecturing, but he usually keeps any deep emotion for himself. With Satine, he can't just help it, because he cares for her so much that it hurts him on a personal level when she criticizes him or his beliefs. I love seeing this facet of Obi-Wan, he's so cute when he's upset! And Anakin's little smirk also says it all: he's also never seen his master like this. When he asks Obi-Wan later about him and Satine, he just wants a confirmation of what he already suspected: "Obi-Wan likes a girl, Obi-Wan likes a girl..." You know he was giggling and kicking his feet here.
Don't get me started about the elevator scene with Anakin, where Anakin asks him if he and Satine, and he replies strangely aggressively, "I don't see how that has any bearing on the situation at hand!" As I said, so cute.
Then he's always worried for her, genuinely worried. There's a scene where she says she didn't want to worry him, to which he answers, trying and failing to look chill, “on that count, I’m afraid you failed spectacularly.” You know this man has spent the last few hours pacing his room, wondering if she was okay.
Then there's the scene when she calls him to ask for his help: he's alone, in a dark room. It's quite obvious he waited for her to call, or for any reassuring news regarding her safety.
There are also the times he touches her for no reason, and when he looks at her smiling like a dumbass... Obi-Wan, my friend, you're not slick.
I'm not there yet, but I can't leave out how Obi-Wan, usually the man who doesn't like to rush into trouble without some sort of a plan, just decides to jump on a malfunctioning ship and go by himself to Mandalore, where he knows there's an army of Mandalorians and a SITH LORD (though I'm not so sure now that he knows that yet, I only remember he didn't know it was Maul) just waiting for him to arrive. Oh, Maul did know what he was doing when he took Satine as hostage, no doubt.
