Cooked this Massive 24 oz. Chuck Eye in my cast iron pan. After searing each side to get a nice crust I dropped in Butter, crushed Garlic and some fresh Rosemary. Butter basted for a couple mins and then into the oven set at 350 degrees. Took about 5 mins and the nice thing is I just had to wait until my app to notify me remove from heat. 💥 French Dip Flatbread with Aus Jus Sauce
This crock pot recipe is super simple and the meat ends up tender & juicy. Just throw everything in the pot when you wake up ~ and at dinnertime there is a delicious meal waiting . . 3-4 lb beef roast 4 tsp beef broth powder 1/4 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos 3/4 cup water 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp xanthan gum 2 Tbsp Maggi Jugo Seasoning Sauce creamy horseradish (optional) ▪▪ Place roast, beef powder, soy sauce, water, & seasonings in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove roast and slice into pieces. Place back in juices and add Maggi sauce. Stir together. Serve with juice drippings from the crockpot as your aus jus sauce!
