when you grew up as a lonely uncool girl it will never stop haunting you by the way. you will meet a cool person at a bar or the train station or at a friend's party and you can wear your most stylish outfit and striking eye makeup and you will swear that they can see through all of the facade and see the lonely terribly insecure teenage girl you used to be who desperately wanted to connect and you will swear that they know that there is like an insurmountable gap between you. this will happen forever
I wish more womyn would adopt the attitude that they can learn and do anything if they put their minds to it. No man would say he's fundamentally incapable of learning vehicle maintenance, carpentry, wood working, mechanics, handyman stuff, learning to use tools, etc etc. He just assumes he can learn how to do whatever strikes his fancy. Well so can we.
theres NONE left. i drinked it all

getting to pull this song off in its original key as a Japanese woman (the vibrato is peak Japanese singing idk), in a tempo slightly faster than the original, is ridiculously satisfying to watch
It's been 6 yers and I still have zero drawing skill...It is embarrassing
you fucking salmon
find the worst way to do it
again and again i try to tell people, the first step towards doing something is to figure out the WORST way to BARELY TECHNICALLY do it, and refine your ideas from there. your worst plan MUST still be POSSIBLE and FUFILL the thing youāre trying to do.
like, lets say i want to become a pilot.Ā whatās the worst fucking way to do that?Ā steal a plane! (donāt do that.) once you have thisĀ āworst ideaā you can only go up from there. just like how you canāt edit a blank essay, you canāt refine a blank idea. by trying to deliberately create the worst possibleĀ plan, you uncover a lot of things to take into account for creating your best plan.Ā
Lets say I want to get to Arkansas. I could try to hitchhike, and technically might actually make it. but that would be a very bad idea because hitchhiking is rare these days, I donāt know where Arkansas is on the map, and I donāt think it would be safe. So now I have a few things to think about: the most common ways to travel, regional maps, and safety information.
The MOST IMPORTANT THING is that your WORST METHOD must TECHNICALLY WORK.

nijinsky: a story where the imbalance of power between the two main characters unsettled me at first, a testament to the siennes' ability to portray such a intricate and haunting relationship; through dance, through glances, through dialogue, they embodied the fragile tension of a puppeteer and his marionette, bound together in a dance of salvation and ruin (gifs 4 & 5). when Chigiās character, Nijinsky, broke down toward the end, spiraling into the heights of his illness, I got goosebumps (gifs 2 and 3). it might not be the best tkz show of all times, yet it left me thinking, which is worth something.
i didn't include the famous gif of nijinsky and sergei kissing in order not to upset anyone (you can easily find it anyways).
